Andrea Green, R.N., Chief Executive Officer

Andrea Green has served as the Chief Executive Officer for Community Hospice of Texas since its inception in 1996. Andrea began her hospice career in 1986 as the Director of St. Joseph Hospice. She was instrumental in manageing the merger of Harris, Huguley Memorial, and St. Joseph Hospices, resulting in the formation of Community Hospice of Texas. Andrea also holds extensive clinical experience, and worked for John Peter Smith Hospital and Saint Joseph Hospital as the Critical Care Coordinator. She serves as the Vice President for the Texas Non-Profit Hospice Alliance and holds a Certification in Hospice Administration. Andrea attended Bradford University in England where she obtained her Midwife Certification and U.T.A. where she earned a B.S. in Nursing.

Viki Jingle

Victoria L. Jingle, Executive Vice President
Community Hospice of Texas

Victoria Jingle joined Community Hospice of Texas in 1995. Her responsibilities include oversight of the business functions, human resource functions, and five delivery sites. She has direct involvement with strategic planning, budget preparation, and implementation and monitoring of compliance. Prior to joining Community Hospice of Texas, Victoria served as the Controller for Family Services of Fort Worth. She is a member of the National Council of Hospice and Palliative Professionals, Society for Human Resource Management, AdvoCats, and Leadership Fort Worth. Victoria holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington and a M.B.A. from the University of Dallas.

Pat Jackson

Patricia Jackson, L.C.S.W., Executive Vice President / Executive Director
Providence Hospice

Pat Jackson has been with Providence Hospice since 1995. She first joined Providence Home Care as a Social Worker and Bereavement Coordinator and became the Executive Director following the merger with Community Hospice of Texas. In 2006, Pat was promoted to Executive Vice President of Providence Hospice. As a licensed clinical social worker, she has also held staff and management positions in long-term care. Pat is a member of the Waco Rotary Club. She holds a B.A. in Social Work from Baylor University and a M.S. in Social Work from the University of Texas of Arlington.

Pam Chevreaux

Pam Chevreaux, Chief Development Director

Pam Chevreux joined Community Hospice of Texas in 2004 as the Chief Development Director. Pam has been committed to the Non-Profit industry, working for organizations including The Parenting Center, Parenting Education Program in Schools; Harris Methodist Health System/Texas Health Resources as the Vice President of Community Relations; and James L. West Alzheimer Center as the Development Director. She is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and majored in Elementary Education at Hardin Simmons University.

Elizabeth Adams, R.N., Director of Program Integrity and Compliance Officer

Elizabeth Adams has been with Community Hospice of Texas since its inception in 1996. She currently serves as the Director of Program Integrity / Compliance Officer. Previous roles within the organization include Case Manager, Intake Coordinator, Team Coordinator, and Site Manager. Elizabeth also worked for St. Joseph Hospice for 10 years and for St. Joseph Hospital as a Critical Care Staff Nurse. She is a Provider Unit Director and Nurse Planner for the Continuing Nursing Education Program for the Texas Nurses Association. Elizabeth is also a member of the Texas New Mexico Hospice Organization, the Association of Professional Nurses in Infection Control, and the Palmetto GBA representative for Texas. She holds a B.S.N. from Incarnate Word College.

Monica Cushion

Monica Cushion, Director of Marketing

Monica Cushion has served as the Director of Marketing for Community Hospice of Texas since February 2007. Previously, Monica worked for VITAS and Vistacare gaining experience in hospice marketing and operations. She served as a representative, Director of Admissions, and ultimately Business Development Director. Prior to moving to Fort Worth in 1999, Monica worked in sales and marketing for pharmaceutical and long term care organizations and in customer relations for University Medical Center in Lubbock. She holds a B.S. in Education from Texas Tech University.

Mary Lovegren

Mary Lovegren, L.M.S.W., Executive Director
Fort Worth & Cleburne Homecare Program

Mary has been with Community Hospice of Texas since the merger in 1996 and St. Joseph Hospice since 1992. She has worked as a Social Worker, Bereavement Coordinator, and now as the Executive Director. Mary taught school in Nigeria for two years as part of the Journeyman Program and worked as a Migrant Teacher and Girl’s Basketball Coach in Blum, Texas. She also served as a Counselor and Director for an Inpatient Addiction Treatment Facility, Baylor Parkside, in Argyle, Texas. Mary holds a B.A. from Stephen F. Austin, L.M.S.W. from University of Texas at Arlington, M.A. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and M.Div. from the Brite Divinity School at TCU.

Patrick Makerewich

Patrick Makarewich, Executive Director
Community Hospice of Texas Dallas

Patrick Makarewich has served as the Executive Director of the Dallas office since 2007. Prior to joining Community Hospice of Texas, Patrick served as the Director of Planning and Senior Consultant for Kaiser Permanente and the South California Permanente Medical Group. Patrick also worked in healthcare consulting with Kurt Salmon Associates in Atlanta Georgia and for Kaiser Permanente Healthplan and Hospitals as a Management Engineer. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Patrick holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Pam Messick, R.N., Director of Inpatient Services
Community Hospice of Texas Hospice House Downtown

Pam Messick joined Community Hospice of Texas in 2005. Her responsibilities include clinical and operational oversight of the Community Hospice of Texas Hospice House Downtown. She has an extensive clinical background with experience in the ER, OR, NICU, and Labor and Delivery. Pam also worked as a school nurse in Houston for 2 years. She is a member of the Hospice and Palliative Care Network and obtained a B.S.N. from the University of Texas at Austin.

Shelly Robinson, R.N., Director
Community Hospice of Texas, Cleburne

Shelly Robinson joined Community Hospice of Texas in 1999. Beginning as a Case Manager, she was promoted to Site Director in 2002. She began her hospice career in 1988 as a Case Managerr. Shelly also has extensive clinical experience, working in Home Health in San Diego, CA, and Med/Surg in Hinsdale, Ill. She is a member of the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association. Shelly is a Registered Nurse and holds an A.S. from Pacific Union College in Angwin, CA.

LuAnn Campbell

LuAnn Campbell, L.M.S.W, Director
Providence Hospice Mexia

LuAnn Campbell joined Community Hospice in 2000 and has served as a Social Worker and currently as the Site Director. Prior to Providence Hospice, LuAnn worked for Hospice of Mercy in Mexia as the Director of Social Services for 9 years. She also worked for Community Hospice of Waco/Hillcrest as the Volunteer Coordinator and Social Worker for 6 years. She is a member of the National Social Worker’s Association. LuAnn earned her B.S. in Social Work from Baylor University and a M.S. in Social Work for the University of Texas at Arlington.
