Chicken N Pickle PR

FORT WORTH, TX, February 16, 2023 – Chicken N Pickle, an indoor/outdoor entertainment complex with a restaurant for casual dining, a sports bar, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and a variety of yard games, has designated February as Mustache Month to raise money for Little Doves Pediatric Hospice, a program of Community Healthcare of Texas.

“One of our key tenets is to give back to the communities we serve,” said Lindsey Vermillion, Community Impact Coordinator at Chicken N Pickle. “Throughout the month of February, our teams in Grapevine and Grand Prairie are participating in Mustache Month by growing mustaches and raising funds and awareness for Little Doves Pediatric Hospice and the important work they do to provide care and support for children and families whose lives have been impacted by a diagnosis.”

Little Doves Pediatric Hospice is a program of Community Healthcare of Texas, the largest not-for-profit adult and pediatric end-of-life care provider in the state. Each year, the organization cares for nearly 100 children and their families, providing various services, including comfort care, nursing, and emotional and grief support.

“When Community Healthcare of Texas was founded more than 26 years ago, we pioneered pediatric hospice care across North Central Texas, and today, we remain committed to providing the highest-quality care for every child and their family who needs us,” said Viki Jingle, Chief Executive Officer at Community Healthcare of Texas. “We are grateful to Chicken N Pickle for their support of this vital program and their commitment to giving back to the community in such a meaningful way.”
