Calendar of Events

Children who face the loss of a loved one experience a wide range of emotions and often find it difficult to share that grief with peers who have not had a similar experience. Our online grief support groups for kids offers a supportive environment for children to process and share their grief experience.
Groups meet monthly beginning March 30th from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm for ages 6 to 12. For more information or to register, contact Child Life Specialist Kelly Cox at kcox@chot.org or (682)444-3712. Please register at least one week in advance of the meeting date.
Our Grief Care Program is available, at no charge, to anyone in the community who enters the journey of healing and transition after the death of a loved one.
