Grieving the loss of a loved one can feel isolating and overwhelming. Our Walk the Mall program offers you the opportunity to connect with others on a similar journey of loss. And studies have shown that regular exercise, such as walking, is an important part of the healing process after a loss. 

Join us each Wednesday at 9:00 am at Hulen Mall (food court) in Fort Worth.
