I love working with Community Healthcare of Texas. We help, respect, inspire and laugh with our patients and each other. We share coffee, cake and pizza. We communicate, gripe, moan, listen and motivate. We do great things on a daily basis. It takes a very special person to work in hospice, and I am surround by angels every day. The gratitude and appreciation from our patients and their families for their hospice team during and after their experience is profound!

What People Say
Community Healthcare of Texas has an understanding of what the word 'team' really means. The term is often used without substance, but at CHOT, team means nurses supporting social worker concerns; social workers collaborating with chaplains; and home health aides sharing concerns and needs of our patients. Having administrators who listen, understand, and still have to make the tough decisions keep us all from falling apart.
