We invite you to join the staff and volunteers of Community Healthcare of Texas for a special virtual Service of Remembrance dedicated to honoring the memory of your loved one.

The service will be streamed live at Facebook.com/CommunityHealthcareofTexas. 

If you would like your loved one’s photo included in the Service of Remembrance event, email photos to griefcare@chot.org by June 8th.
