Please join the staff and volunteers of Community Healthcare of Texas for our annual Service of Remembrance in Fort Worth at the Arlington Heights United Methodist Church (4200 Camp Bowie Blvd.) on Sunday, October 22, at 3:00 p.m.

This in-person service is for all ages to remember and honor your loved one.

We invite you to bring a framed photo (no larger than 8×10) of your loved one to display during the service. There will be a reception immediately following the service.
