Lights of Love – Fort Worth

Community Healthcare of Texas presents the 3rd annual Lights of Love.

Please join us on Thursday, November 12, 2026, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm for a self-guided luminary walk as we light up the Community Healthcare of Texas Courtyard (6100 Western Pl., Fort Worth, TX 76107). Together, we will honor and remember those we have loved, those who have taught us, sacrificed for us, and made us who we are.

For each $25 donation, a luminary will be placed in the courtyard, labeled with the name of the individual you choose to remember or honor. You can dedicate luminaries online or in person at the event. To have a luminary dedication included in the event program, please submit by Friday, November 6, 2026.

Luminaries will remain on display for the duration of the event. We reuse our luminaries each year to continue bringing light to Lights of Love.

The annual Lights of Love event is a unique opportunity to promote your organization while supporting patients and families in our community facing a serious or life-limiting illness. We have several sponsorship levels available:

Tribute Sponsor - $10,000

10 Personalized luminaries with your name or logo displayed throughout the event
Prominent recognition on event signage

40 Luminaries to dedicate to someone special

Hope Sponsor - $5,000

One of the following recognition opportunities:
- Bench (3 available) – Name recognized on a special bench during the event
- Flower cart (2 available) – Name or logo on the flower cart that provides flowers for the families attending the event
- Volunteer sponsor (1 available) – Recognize all Community Healthcare of Texas volunteers (80-100) with a luminary
- First Responders sponsor (1 available) – Honor every First Responder who has died in service to Tarrant County with a luminary
- Veteran Sponsor (1 available) – Honor every veteran who was served by Community Healthcare of Texas in 2026 with a luminary
