Choosing hospice services is a positive step in affirming the value of life. Our website is designed to provide you with resources, answers, and reassurance as you explore hospice services as an option. Our staff is available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with any additional questions you may have.

We are your community hospice, initiated and operated by community leaders for the sole purpose of serving the needs of the terminally ill. When the future of non-profit hospice in North and Central Texas was uncertain, community leaders and the non-profit hospital systems rallied together in support of our mission. In return, we are committed to increasing access to hospice care, providing community education and outreach, offering special programs enhancing quality of life, and activism in local, state, and national healthcare and hospice organizations.

Our staff are committed to the mission of Community Hospice of Texas, but more importantly, dedicated to providing quality healthcare to adults, children and infants facing the advancing stages of any life-threatening illness. Hospice services are available wherever the patient calls home at little or no out of pocket cost. We also offer respite, transitional, and inpatient care in our comfortable Hospice Houses. In addition to clinical care, ongoing emotional and spiritual support is available to patients and their families. We accept Medicare and Medicaid and are contracted with over 40 insurance providers. Our service area includes 26 counties in North Central Texas with offices in Fort Worth, Burleson, Dallas, Cleburne, Waco and Mexia.Click here to contact the location nearest you.

“I am very thankful that we chose hospice care. The nurses were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely compassionate. The way they upheld the dignity of my wife’s life made her last days a powerful time for all of us. May God continue to bless your work.” – Fort Worth
