Grief is a deeply personal journey, and each person’s experience is unique. At Community Healthcare of Texas, we understand this and are dedicated to offering the support, empathy, and hope you and your family need during this difficult time. Our Grief Care Services program is specially designed to provide comprehensive support for all family members.
Our support comes in many forms, including phone conversations, group meetings, and individual counseling. The Grief Care team is here to offer a shoulder to cry on, a hand to hold, and resources to assist with your next steps. Community Healthcare of Texas is committed to being there for you.
Thanks to the generosity of our donors, our Grief Care Services program is available at no charge to anyone in the community who is caring for a loved one with a serious illness or navigating the healing and transition process after losing a loved one.
Our support groups offer a safe space to connect with others, share stories, work through feelings, and find resource assistance. Please note that registration is required to participate in our groups unless otherwise specified.
